Bar-S Smoked Sausage Kabobs |

INGREDIENTS:
- 16 oz. package Bar-S Smoked Sausage, (cut into 1 inch chunks)
- 2 ears of corn
- 2 medium summer squash
- 1 medium red onion, (cut into eight wedges, separate each wedge in half)
- 1/2 red bell pepper, (cut into chunks)
- 1/2 green pepper, (cut into chunks)
- 8 medium mushrooms
- 8 cherry tomatoes
HERB BUTTER:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon leaf basil
- 1/4 teaspoon leaf oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

PREPARATION
- Prepare grill so coals are medium. Microwave ears of corn in husks for 8 minutes.
- Remove husks and silk, trim and cut each ear into 1-inch sections.
- Pierce squash with fork tines, microwave for 6 minutes.
- Cut each squash into four wedges. Arrange sausage and vegetables on skewers.
- Place skewers on grill; brush with Herb Butter Basting Sauce. Grill 15 minutes, turning and brushing occasionally with sauce.
HERB BUTTER:
- Combine butter, basil, oregano, onion powder and garlic powder in a 1-cup glass measure.
- Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds or until butter is melted.
