Bacon Swiss Avocado Burgers |

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 slices of Bar-S Classic Bacon
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- Hot sauce to taste
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil (for the grill)
- 4 slices Swiss chees
- 4 hamburger buns (toasted)
GARNISH:
- Thinly sliced ripe tomato
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Sliced ripe avocado
- Boston lettuce leaves

PREPARATION
- Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
- In a skillet, cook the Bar-S Classic Bacon over medium-low heat until crisp (6-7 minutes).
- In a large bowl, mix up the ground beef, Worcestershire, hot sauce, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Using your hands (don't be afraid to get messy), shape the meaty mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Before you grill the burgers, oil the grill grate well. Place the burgers and buns on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until meat is desired temperature and buns are desired toastiness.
- In the last minute of grilling, melt the cheese on the burgers.
- Serve burgers on toasted buns, top with the Bar-S Classic Bacon, and garnish as you please with tomato, onion, avocado, and lettuce. Enjoy!!
