Makes 6 servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Bar-S Beef Jumbo Jumbos Franks
- 6 large hot dog buns (plain or poppy seed)
- 3 large roma tomatoes, sliced into wedges with the stem removed
- 6 kosher dill spears
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 cup sweet green relish
- ½ cup yellow mustard
- 1 jar (15 oz.) sport peppers, whole
- 1 cucumber, sliced (optional)
- ¼ cup celery salt

PREPARATION:
- Sprinkle each frank with ½ tablespoon of celery salt.
- Grill the franks for 5-6 minutes on high heat, rotating occasionally.
- After removing the franks from the grill, sprinkle again with the remaining celery salt.
- Add 1 frank, 2-3 tomato wedges, 1 dill spear, 2-3 cucumber slices, and 3-4 banana peppers to each bun.
- Top off the frank with a helping of white onion, relish, and mustard. Serve and enjoy.
