Polska Kielbasa Rolls
Makes 8 servings
INGREDIENTS:
4 Bar-S Polish Sausage links, cut in half
8 pretzel rolls
1 large red onion, diced
1 jar (16 oz.) of sauerkraut
½ bottle (8 oz.) Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. kosher salt
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup garlic-herb marinade
PREPARATION:
Dip each sausage link into the garlic-herb marinade.
Grill the marinated links for 10-12 minutes on medium heat or until thoroughly cooked inside.
Season the inside of each pretzel roll with a dash of kosher salt and black pepper; sprinkle with minced garlic.
Add the links to each pretzel roll.
Garnish each link with diced red onion and a spoonful of sauerkraut.
Serve with a topping of Dijon mustard.
