Polska Kielbasa Rolls

Makes 8 servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Bar-S Polish Sausage links, cut in half
  • 8 pretzel rolls
  • 1 large red onion, diced
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) of sauerkraut
  • ½ bottle (8 oz.) Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp. ground black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup garlic-herb marinade

PREPARATION:

  1. Dip each sausage link into the garlic-herb marinade.
  2. Grill the marinated links for 10-12 minutes on medium heat or until thoroughly cooked inside.
  3. Season the inside of each pretzel roll with a dash of kosher salt and black pepper; sprinkle with minced garlic.
  4. Add the links to each pretzel roll.
  5. Garnish each link with diced red onion and a spoonful of sauerkraut.
  6. Serve with a topping of Dijon mustard.
